How do I return an item in store?
It is not possible to return your item to the shop for a refund. Our online returns procedure can be found in [Related Questions].
Despite the great care we take in preparing your order, it may happen that, in exceptional cases, you find a quality defect in your item. In this case, you have 15 days from the date of receipt of your order to return it free of charge, making sure to select the reason for the return.
