How do I check that my return has arrived?

You can track the progress of your return package:

  1. Via the "My Account" section by clicking on "Track my return".
  2. Via the confirmation email for the collection of your return package by the carrier, you can click on the "track my package" button.
  3. Using the tracking number on your prepaid Chronopost label, starting with X, located below the first barcode. You will find your prepaid label in the email sent to you when your return request was validated. Please note that your return will be processed within 14 days from the date of receipt in our warehouse.
