I’ve forgotten my password: how do I reset it?
If you have forgotten the password associated with your customer account :
- Access the authentication panel by clicking on the My Account icon at the top right of the page on a computer or via the menu on a mobile phone.
- Click on [Forgotten password?]. You will receive an email telling you how to reset your password.
This will include a code to enter and a link you can click directly to access the password reset page, where you will be asked to choose a new password.
If you do not receive the email, please check your junk folder.
