The quality of our products is our primary concern.
Despite the quality controls carried out at the various stages of production, on rare occasions, an item you buy may be affected by a quality defect. Whether you bought the item on our website Zadig-et-Voltaire.com or in one of our stores, please contact our Customer Service team using our form and select the reason [After-sales service].
To process your request as quickly as possible, please provide us with the following information:
- A photo of the complete model
- A photo of the affected detail
- A photo of the serial number of your item
(for leather goods, this number is located behind the fabric tag indicating “Made in…”, at the bottom of the item, or inside one of the pockets / for sneakers, the number can be found on the tongue / for dress shoes, under the outer sole / for belts and straps, near the buckle or clasp) - Your full contact details
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
To help us better track your request, please let us know if a claim has already been made in one of our stores.
Finally, we recommend that you include in your message a detailed description of the issue(s) encountered with your item. Only the elements mentioned in this email will be taken into account by our teams.
