How do I return my item?

Return conditions
In order for us to accept the return of your item and issue a refund, it must be returned to us in perfect condition, in its original packaging, unworn, unwashed and with its label. Bags and leather goods must be returned with their fabric bag. Perfumes must remain sealed in their blister box. You have 30 days from the date of receipt of your order to return your item(s) purchased at full price. Note: certain items are excluded from the right of withdrawal for health and hygiene reasons.

End of season styles purchased on sale for 30% or more are considered to be final sale and are ineligible for return.


Request a return label
To download your prepaid returns label we invite you to follow the following steps:

1. Log in to your customer account. Go to your order and click "Return an item". Select the item(s) you wish to return and provide the reason for the return. If you do not have a customer account and you placed your order in guest mode, click on "Make a return" at the bottom of our site or directly on our returns portal.

2. Print your return slip and your prepaid UPS label: insert your return slip in your package and stick the label on the outside of the package.

3. Drop off your package at the UPS location of your choice. Find the list of locations here.

4. Your return will be processed within 14 days from the date it is received in our warehouse.

5. After checking the conformity of the returned product (new product, unworn, in its original packaging and with labels) we will reimburse you using the same means of payment initially used for validation of the order. You will receive your refund confirmation by email.


How do I check the arrival of my return?
You can follow the delivery of your return package:

  1. Via the “My account” area by clicking on “Track my return”.
  2. Via the confirmation email that your return package has been picked up by the carrier, you can click on the “track my package” button.

If you need assistance with your return, please contact our Customer Care Team to receive a prepaid UPS return label.
