Why has my order or one of my items been canceled?
We are sorry to inform you that, in very rare cases, an item in your order may be canceled due to lack of availability at the time the order is prepared. If an item is canceled, we will send you an email to let you know. If you do not receive this email, please check your spam folder. You can also see whether an item in your order has been canceled by checking your customer account or the Track My Order portal. The temporary authorization hold for the amount of canceled items will be reversed, and you will not be charged for items that were not shipped.
