Simply go to one of our stores (excluding department stores and outlets), with your item and your proof of purchase.

The in-store teams will be happy to deal with your request. All our products are covered by a two-year statutory guarantee of fitness for purpose, which covers abnormal wear of a product. For more information, please see our General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
