Personalization of my bag
Zadig & Voltaire gives you the option to hot-stamp your initials, first name, lucky number, or a selected symbol. The stamping will be applied under the flap of the Rock or Rock Nano Pouch in gold or silver. An additional fee of €8 will be charged on top of the item price.
Personalized products are made to order and require an additional 2 business days for shipping.
The final appearance of the stamping may show slight variations compared to the visuals displayed on the website, which the customer acknowledges and accepts. Personalizations requested by the customer must comply with the law, public decency, and the brand’s values. Zadig & Voltaire reserves the right to refuse any personalization that does not comply with these rules, without this being considered a fault or giving rise to any compensation.
Your item remains eligible for the European legal guarantee of conformity.
Return of my item
In accordance with Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, items personalized by hot stamping cannot be returned or exchanged.
