From advertising campaigns with brand ambassadors like Kate Moss or Erin Wasson, to post-show parties, this monograph celebrates the vision of founder Thierry Gillier and the modern, rock, chic and casual style he imagined. The dialogue between about twenty works of art and key pieces of the brand allows to discover its influences and inspirations. Based on an interview with Thierry Gillier, Nicole Phelps signs an intimate portrait of the brand and its creator. This text offers a retrospective look at Zadig&Voltaire, its origin, creation, success and evolution. Composed of three types of paper, this work is a beautiful editorial object.
