How do I return my item?

You have 15 days from the date of receipt of your order to return your item(s).

To download your prepaid return label, please follow the steps below.

If you created an account when placing your order:

1.Log in to your customer account. Go to your order via the "Orders and Returns" section and click on [Make a Return]. Select the item(s) you wish to return and indicate the reason for the return.

2.Print your return form and your Chronopost prepaid label: insert your return form inside your parcel and stick the label on the outside of the parcel.

3.Drop off your parcel at the Chronopost relay point of your choice. Find the list of relay points here.*

4.Your return will be processed within 14 days from the date it is received at our logistics centre.

5.After verifying that the returned product meets our conditions (new, unworn, in its original packaging and with tags), we will refund you to the original payment method used when placing the order. You will receive your refund confirmation by email.

If you made your purchase as a guest (without creating a customer account):

  1. Please click directly on our returns portal.
  2. Enter your order number and the email address used when placing the order.

*For Monaco, Switzerland, Greece, the United Kingdom, Cyprus, Sweden, Croatia, Austria, Romania, Bulgaria, Latvia, Slovakie and Hungary, please contact Zadig & Voltaire Customer Service so that your return can be collected from your home by our carrier.

Return Conditions

In order for us to accept the return of your item and proceed with its refund, it must be sent back to us in perfect condition, in its original packaging, unworn, unwashed and with its tag attached. Bags and leather goods must be returned with their dust bag. Fragrances must remain sealed in their blister-pack box. Personalised items are neither exchangeable nor refundable.

Returns of orders placed on our online store must be made from the territory where the order was delivered.

How do I check that my return has arrived?

You can track the progress of your return parcel:

  • Either from the "My Account" area by clicking on "Track my return".
  • Or from the confirmation email acknowledging that your return parcel has been collected by the carrier, by clicking on the "Track my parcel" button.
  • Using the tracking number shown on your Chronopost prepaid label, beginning with X, located below the first barcode. You will find your prepaid label in the email sent to you when your return request was confirmed. Please note that your return will be processed within 14 days from the date it is received at our logistics centre.
