For several months now, numerous fraudulent websites have emerged, claiming to resell Zadig & Voltaire products at prices that defy all competition.

These are fraudulent sites that will collect your personal information and banking data without ever delivering the ordered products.

Here are some rules to follow in order to identify a fraudulent site:

• When it's too good to be true, you're dealing with a fraudulent site.
  
• When the site asks you to pay by bank transfer, it's suspicious. For your information, the official Zadig & Voltaire website does not accept payments by bank transfer.
  
• When the discounts are very (too!) high.

Furthermore, the sites are becoming increasingly "sophisticated":

• Adoption of the graphic charter and official visuals of the House.
  
• Redirection to Zadig & Voltaire's official pages such as FAQs or general conditions.
