How do I delete my customer account and my personal data?
If you wish to delete your customer account and your personal data, please contact our customer service advisers via our form. They will be able to assist you.
However, data relating to your invoices, warranty-covered products, or your request to exercise your rights cannot be deleted for legal or contractual reasons. These will be deleted once the retention period is reached.
