How do I return an item originally purchased at a Zadig&Voltaire store?

At this time, we are unable to accept returns online for items purchased at one of our stores. All items must be returned back to one of our Zadig&Voltaire store locations.

Store after-sales service

Simply go to one of our stores (excluding department stores and outlets), with your item and your proof of purchase. The in-store teams will be happy to deal with your request. All our products are covered by a two-year statutory guarantee of fitness for purpose, which covers abnormal wear of a product.
